What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Replacing faulty or worn-out parts

We're a family-owned and operated electrical, heating, and cooling company serving Carroll County and the surrounding Central Maryland area. What You'll Be Doing

• Ordering electrical and generator materials and equipment
• Receiving and inspecting everything that comes in
• Organizing inventory so techs can find what they need fast
• Staging materials for upcoming jobs before crews roll out
• Tracking stock levels and flagging reorders before you run out
• Working directly with technicians, purchasing, and the office team
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Improving how we manage materials (if you see a better way, we want to hear it)

Who We're Looking For

You're organized by nature. You take ownership without being chased. And you'd rather fix a problem than pass it down the line.

Beyond that:

• Warehouse or inventory management experience
• Electrical, generator, HVAC, or construction material experience preferred
• Comfortable on a computer and with inventory systems
• ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
• Clear communication (you'll be working with techs all day)
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass our pre-employment checks

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll run your own residential service calls from diagnosis through completed repair.

Your day may include:

• Troubleshooting dead circuits, electrical faults, and tripping breakers
• Diagnosing and repairing faulty wiring and electrical components
• Panel upgrades and service changes
• Adding circuits and new electrical equipment
• Electrical safety inspections
• Installing and servicing home standby generators
• Troubleshooting generator systems and transfer equipment
• Explaining electrical problems and repair options to homeowners in plain language
• Providing accurate recommendations based on the customer's actual needs
• Working safely and according to the NEC
• Pulling permits when required
• Maintaining a clean, professional job site
• Keeping your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call
• Completing job notes, paperwork, and documentation accurately

Who We're Looking For:

To Be Considered, You'll Need:

• Maryland Journeyperson Electrician license or higher
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience, including service and troubleshooting
• Confidence running residential service calls independently
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Ability to diagnose electrical problems and determine the proper repair
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and on ladders
• Valid driver's license and driving record that qualifies for our vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• This Position Probably Isn't the Right Fit If:
• Most of your experience is helper work
• Your background is primarily new-construction rough-in
• You need someone else to diagnose the problem for you
• You're uncomfortable talking with homeowners
• You don't take pride in the quality and cleanliness of your work
• We're looking for someone who can own the call from start to finish.
